ΣΤΗΡΙΖΟΥΜΕ ΤΗΝ ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑ ΦΕΜΙΝΙΣΤΙΚΩΝ ΟΜΑΔΩΝ ΓΙΑ ΣΥΓΚΕΝΤΡΩΣΗ

Στηρίζουμε την πρωτοβουλία των φεμινιστικών ομάδων Κόρες Ξαπόλυτες & Δίκτυο Ενάντια στη Βία Κατά των Γυναικών για συγκέντρωση άυριο στο ανώτατο δικαστήριο σχετικά με την υπόθεση ομαδικού βιασμού στην Αγ. Νάπα το 2019. Ακολουθεί το κάλεσμά τους:

Αφού κατάγγειλε βιασμό της

Χωρίς να τύχει καμιάς στήριξης ως πιθανό θύμα βιασμού όπως προβλέπει ο νόμος

Χωρίς αξιοποίηση μαρτυριών και τεκμηρίων

Αφού αφέθηκαν ελεύθεροι οι ύποπτοι

Ενώ πανηγύριζαν και φώναζαν “whore”

Ενώ ο τότε Δήμαρχος Αγίας Νάπας απειλούσε με ποινική δίωξή της για δυσφήμιση του τουριστικού προϊόντος

Ενώ τα κυπριακά μίντια τη διέσυραν

‘Γονάτισαν’ πάνω της για ώρες οι ανακριτές

Την τρομοκράτησαν

Την τσάκισαν

Εξόρυξαν την παραδοχή που ήθελαν, που ίσως να ήθελε και η ΚΔ

Την κατάγγειλαν για ψευδή καταγγελία

Τη συνέλαβαν

Τη φυλάκισαν

Τη δίκασαν

Την καταδίκασαν

Δεν την εξόντωσαν

16 Σεπτεμβρίου, την Πέμπτη, ώρα 9.30 πμ, παρουσιάζεται στο Ανώτατο Δικαστήριο η έφεση κατά της καταδικαστικής απόφασης που εξέδωσε το Επαρχιακό Δικαστήριο Αμμοχώστου. Θα είμαστε εκεί για να διαμαρτυρηθούμε για την απ-αλλοτρίωση της προσφυγής της στη δικαιοσύνη, για την άδικη δίκη, για τη μισογύνικη συνέργεια των θεσμών της ΚΔ κατά του θύματος, ενάντια σε όλους τους ενόχους.

Καμιά γυναίκα που καταγγέλλει βιασμό ποτέ ξανά έρμαιο του Πατριαρχικού Κράτους.

Η Εγγλέζα εν μια που μας. Απαιτούμε Δικαίωση και Δικαιοσύνη.

We support the initiative of feminist groups Kores Unleashed and Network Against Violence Towards women tomorrow at the high court regarding the Ay. Napa group rape case in 2019. Their text:

Having reported rape, her rape

Deprived of any support as a possible victim of rape as designated by the Laws of Cyprus and the Instabul Convention on preventing and combating violence against women

With evidence and witnesses dismissed

With suspects released

With suspects celebrating and cheering “whore”

With the mayor of Ayia Napa threatening to take legal action against her for defamation of Cyprus tourism

While slandered, betread and trialed by the cypriot media

Τhe police interrogators ‘knelt’ on her for hours

Terrorized her

Broke her

Extracted the retraction statement they needed, that perhaps the Republic of Cyprus also needed

Accused her for false rape complaint

Arrested her

Put her in prison

Put her on trial

Sentenced her

They did not eradicate her

September 16, Thursday, 9.30 am, her appeal against the decision of the Ammochostos District Court is presented before the Cyprus Supreme Court

We will be there to protest against her violation as a victim of rape and her dispossession of fair trial and justice

Against the misogynist synergy of the authorities of the Republic of Cyprus against the victim

Against all those who turned the victim and claimant of protection and justice into a culprit

Let no woman who reports rape become fair game to the Patriarchal State ever again
